    Healthcare Membership — Not Insurance

    Access changes everything.

Vine Health is rebuilding primary care access as a flat-rate healthcare membership. Not insurance. Not a network. Just real access to a care team — and a company built by people who've spent careers watching the insurance-billing model make everyday care harder than it needs to be.

    Why Vine exists

The everyday primary care layer is broken in a specific, measurable way.

The layer of American healthcare that should be the least expensive and most impactful is the one people avoid because insurance made it complicated. A $75 visit gets billed as $250, negotiated to $150, applied to a deductible you may never meet — and the person paying premiums every month still can't afford the visit they're paying for coverage to have.

Every one of Vine's founders spent significant time inside that system before Vine existed. Not as consumers looking in — as operators inside healthcare, insurance, benefits, and technology. That's the story of Vine's founding: not a pitch-deck idea, but a set of people who'd watched the insurance-billed primary care model produce the same result for enough years to know it wasn't going to fix itself from the inside.

Vine's bet is simple: unbundle everyday primary care from insurance, price it transparently at a flat monthly rate, deliver it through a virtual-first care team, and build the technology and operations around the member — not around the billing code. That's Vine.

    The mission

Make everyday primary care access affordable, predictable, and available to the adults who need it — regardless of employer, insurance status, or where the traditional system has let them fall through.

    Transparent pricing

One flat rate. Every adult. No copays, no deductibles, no per-visit surprise. What we charge is what you pay — and we don't change the number based on your health history or utilization.

    Real access

Not just network availability. Actual access to a consistent care team you can build a relationship with over time, through a platform built for members, not billers.

    Alignment

Vine doesn't make more money when a member uses less care. The membership model aligns Vine with the member — not with a claims department, not with a shareholder that wants underutilization.

    Pricing

    $70 per adult, per month.

That's the entire number. Not a starter tier. Not a promotional rate. Not the price before add-ons.

One flat monthly fee gets you real access to your Vine care team — the visits and the routine care most people put off because they don't know what it'll cost. There is no copay at the visit. There is no deductible to hit first. There is no bill later.

When you add an adult dependent — a spouse or an adult child 18 or older — you add another $70. Same price per adult. No spouse tier, no dependent tier, no family-plan pricing games. Every adult on your account is a full member with their own care team access.

    Individual

    $70/month

One adult member, consistent care team, annual wellness exam + lab included, ~1,000 generic Rx included, full Vine dashboard access.

    Add an adult dependent

    +$70/month

Spouse or adult child 18+. Each dependent is a full member with their own account, their own care team, and their own private care record.

No other tiers. No annual pricing. No promotional pricing. No enrollment fee to the member. What's displayed is the total monthly cost.

    What $70 covers

    Your Vine care team

A consistent care team — a provider you can build a relationship with, not a stranger every time. Reach them through the Vine dashboard for routine questions, refills, coordination, and follow-ups.

    Virtual primary care visits

Book visits directly through the dashboard. No referral gauntlet, no scheduler queue, no network navigation. Acute concerns, chronic management, preventive check-ins, medication management, follow-up.

    Annual wellness exam + lab

Your annual wellness exam and lab panel are both included at $0 as part of the $70 monthly membership. No separate visit charge, no separate lab bill, no deductible to hit first.

    1,000+ generic prescriptions

Approximately 1,000 common generic prescriptions are included at $0 as part of the $70 monthly membership. Brand-name and specialty medications route through your existing pharmacy or coverage.

    What's not included

Vine is not insurance and is not a substitute for it. The $70 membership covers the primary care layer. It does not cover hospitalization, surgery, or emergency services; specialist care, imaging (MRI, CT, X-ray beyond point-of-care); brand-name or specialty prescriptions; or dental, vision, and mental health specialty care. Pair Vine with a catastrophic, ACA-compliant, or comparable major-medical plan for what falls outside the membership.

    The team

    Real people. Real accountability.

Vine's leadership combines healthcare operator experience, distribution and benefits expertise, and technology delivery — the three functions required to build a primary care membership that actually works at scale.

    How we operate

    Members over margins

The membership model works because it's aligned. We keep the flat rate flat. We don't game utilization. We don't chase revenue that comes at member expense.

    Honest about what we are

Vine is a healthcare membership, not insurance. We say that in the hero, we say it in the footer, we say it to every prospective member. Overclaiming would erode the trust that makes the model work.

    Clinicians own the clinical side

The clinical partner practice makes every clinical decision. Vine handles the platform, operations, and brand. The separation is intentional — it protects clinician autonomy and member trust.

    Build the operating layer once

Vine's technology and operations are built to scale across states. Expansion is a deliberate sequencing decision, not a marketing pace. Every new state gets the same product members get today.

    No BUCA nostalgia

The people who built Vine did not build Vine to recreate the incumbent insurance model with better UI. If a decision starts to look like something a big incumbent carrier would make, we ask harder questions.

    Clinical + advisory leadership

Vine's clinical partner practice is led by primary care clinicians with membership-model experience. Advisor announcements — primary care veterans, healthcare operators, benefits industry voices — coming ahead of launch.

    Available today

Membership is live in Vine's current service areas as of August 14, 2026. Enrollment starts the same day you sign up.

    Expansion in progress

Multiple states in active regulatory and clinical-partnership setup. Specific states announced as they go live.

    On the roadmap

Additional states across the Southeast, Southwest, and Midwest where the regulatory environment supports Vine's membership model.

Vine's multi-state expansion is deliberate — not marketing-driven pace. Every new state gets the same product members get in existing service areas, at the same $70/month price, through the same virtual-first care team model. Vine's virtual-first model means expansion is provider-first, not clinic-first — a credentialed provider and a compliant legal setup is what opens a new state.

    Join the waitlist

When your state opens, waitlist members get first access and direct notification. The waitlist also helps Vine prioritize — states with the most waitlist demand move up the sequence. Employers with multi-state workforce interest can request an early conversation about pilot arrangements for future-state launches.

    Who benefits most

Flat pricing was built for the people insurance made healthcare hardest for

    People without insurance

Everyday care usually means paying full retail for every visit — often $200–$400 for a standard visit, plus separately billed labs. $70/month is less than a single uninsured visit, and it covers ongoing care all month.

    People on high-deductible plans

With a $3,000–$8,000 deductible, you're paying out of pocket for primary care anyway — usually at billed rates that count toward the deductible but drain your cash flow. Vine flat-rates that everyday spend.

    Catastrophic or indemnity coverage

If your other coverage is designed for hospitalization or emergencies, Vine layers on the everyday primary care those plans don't handle. Your catastrophic coverage stays for the rare event; Vine handles the routine.

    Health care sharing ministry members

Sharing ministries typically don't cover routine primary care. Vine fills that gap at a flat price your ministry membership doesn't.

People whose employer doesn't offer benefits

Part-time, hourly, gig, hospitality, home care, and fractional workers often don't qualify for employer-sponsored benefits. Vine is available directly at the same $70 price whether you enroll through your employer or on your own.

    Employers offering everyday-care access

Employers pay the same $70/employee/month rate. No enterprise tier, no volume markup. Vine may be compatible with your HRA, ICHRA, or QSEHRA — talk to a benefits advisor to determine what applies.

    What Vine is

    Say it plainly

Vine is a healthcare membership. Vine is not health insurance and does not meet minimum essential coverage (MEC) on its own. Vine is a standalone primary care layer designed to be coupled with existing coverage — MEC, MVP, HDHP, catastrophic, ACA marketplace plans, indemnity plans, health care sharing ministries, or employer group coverage. Vine is not a replacement for insurance.

Vine is not DPC (direct primary care) in the brick-and- mortar sense. Vine and DPC share the non-insurance foundation, but Vine's model is virtual-first, membership-based, and includes a broader scope than a traditional DPC clinic. The distinction matters — we say it plainly.

Vine is 18–64 adult-only. Vine does not enroll children under 18 and does not serve Medicare or Medicaid populations at this time.
